Ordering & Returns

When purchasing from Cowgirl Justice we assume that you have read and agreed to the terms of our return policy.

We hope that you love your items from Cowgirl Justice, but we understand that not every piece purchased will fit & returns/exchanges are sometimes needed.

** ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY **

  • Before you return anything please contact Jamise@CowgirlJustice.com for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number. Any shipments received without an R/A number may be refused at our dock.  All returns must be received within 10 (ten) days of the delivery date.
  • All items are carefully inspected before they are shipped to you.  If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, which we sincerely hope never happens, you must notify us within 2 days of the delivery date. We cannot be held responsible for any damages reported past the 2 day deadline.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke/pet free condition.
  • Sale items (including site-wide sales) are all final sale & cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept returns on accessories or custom ordered items.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send the original item back to us. Once we have received your return, you will be issued store credit for the returned item in which you may use to purchase a new size.  We cannot guarantee the item you would like will still be available when the return reaches us.

When sending your return items, we recommend sending them USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

The return total will be given in the form of store credit, minus the cost of original shipping charges.

Please allow up to 4 business days to process your return, once we receive it.

Once the return is processed you will be emailed a confirmation and directions on how to redeem your store credit.
